At Onedialer Africa, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our goal is to provide a powerful and reliable AI call agent platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our subscription-based services.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

We offer a 24-hour, no-questions-asked full refund for all new plan subscriptions. To be eligible, you must request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of your initial purchase.

  • This policy applies only to your first subscription to a paid plan.
  • Refunds are not applicable to subscription renewals.

3. Pro-rated Refunds for Annual Plans

If you are on an annual plan and decide to cancel after the initial 24-hour period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused months remaining in your subscription term. Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the standard monthly rate for the months the service was used.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team directly by sending an email to support@onedialer.africa from the email address associated with your account. Please include your reason for the request so we can improve our service.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any pay-as-you-go credits or one-time purchases for additional call minutes are non-refundable once they have been used.

7. Effect of a Refund

Upon a full refund, your account will be downgraded to the "Free" plan. You will lose access to paid features. Your existing agents and data will not be deleted, but you may be unable to access some of them if you are over the free plan's limits.
